Hi,
I use Enfold on four websites. On two the theme options have stopped working. I can change and save settings, colors, fonts, but nothing happens in the frontend. I don’t know since when the problem exists, I noticed it yesterday.
WP & Enfold are up to date, tried to deactivate all plugins, to reinstall Enfold via FTP, check permissions, it does not resolve the problem.
Actually I see other users with the same problem in the forum.
Best regards
DavidOctober 12, 2014 at 9:33 pm #334549I just bought the theme on Friday and have the exact same issue. Nothing I’ve updated in theme options have worked for me. If others are having this issue as well it’s obviously a major issue and should be addressed asap

@DDamjanovic, the problem is related to the dynamic avia stylesheet, try the following: via FTP go to the /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/ and remove the enfold.css file, then attempt to save the theme settings again.
@mrussell1984, in your case the dynamic stylesheet doesn’t exists, make sure the /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/ folder is writable (CHMOD 777), also the login details you posted don’t work.Best regards,

October 14, 2014 at 3:05 am #335335Hi!
If there is no dynamic_avia folder, try creating one via FTP with 7777 permissions, this should be the correct path:
/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/
Note that it’s not inside the theme folder.

JosueOctober 14, 2014 at 9:23 am #335461Hi Josue,
it works again! But why it stopped working (edit: on 2 of 4 websites!) – is it a bug? I didn’t change the permissions…
Best regards

October 18, 2014 at 6:15 am #337606Hi!
@ddamjanovic, the theme doesn’t touch directory permissions, it could have happened because of particular reasons like changes in the server-side configurations.
@mrussell1984 can you please create us a temporary FTP account? post it here as a private reply.Best regards,
