    Can you please explain how to set up a grid of squares using the techniques in the dark photography or minimal photography demos?

    Basically I just want a grid of squares that resizes to the device used.

    With or without blank space around the outside.

    Is it possible without using the “portfolio” component?

    Ok I figured it out. is there any way to put a background image behind the masonry grid? video?

    also is there a way to customize the gap? only a choice for 1px or large gap…

    Also how can you stop the cheesy fly-in effect when you first come to a grid page? would just rather have them fade in or do nothing.

    Hi fgrippe,

    Unfortunately, there is no easy way to disable the masonry fade in animation.
    Do you have any other issues besides the animation?

    I noticed that there is no Lightbox when you click on an image. it simply opens overly large in a new tab. doesn’t look good.
