Hi,
I have just followed the instructions on setting up a child theme for Enfold (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/) and used the “Import parent theme settings” button. There was a message saying it was successfully done but the colours and menu items /setting have not been imported.The strange thing is, when I select the Enfold menu item for all the settings, the colours are all correct, but these are not reflected on the site.
What am I missing please?
Can someone please help? I am a a standstill with this project until I can resolve this issue. Or maybe I will just have to edit the main theme files?

Try toggling the settings and save, sometimes they can be a bit slow to react. If you should have any further problem them please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardI do have the same problem. Setted up Enfold-child with the pre-build ZIP file from http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
The files are used and loaded, so i imported the parent settings. But the frontend looks totally broken.
Then i exported the parent settings and imported them in the child.Still no change.
I think i found out, why this happend.. the enfold.css from wp-content/uploads/dynamic-avia was not loaded.
i downloaded it manually from the live-server, then it worked. But why was this file not updated, after changing the settings?Hi @frame_michael,
I’m not sure what could have gone wrong there but I’m glad to hear you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
