Hello, I have chosen to use blog/blog-single-author-big/ format for my site, but on the right column there is always a menu on top to choose the kind of blog format, as you can see marked in red on the picture at the link I am sending you below. ¿How can I remove that permanently from there?

I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this.

    Best regards,
    Angel

    Hey Angel,

    Thanks for providing a screenshot.
Please go to Appearance > Widgets, it should be in the Displayed Everywhere or Sidebar Blog widget area.
    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

You are right Nikko, it should be in one of those two places but it’s not, as you can see on the attached link of the screen capture.

So, how can I handle this?

    Best regards,
    Angel

    Hi Angel,

    I apologize for my mistake.
Go to Enfold > Sidebar Settings > disable Page Sidebar navigation
Let us know if this helps :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hello NIkko, that option was already disabled.

    What should we try next?

    Best Regards.

    Hi garaiko,

Do you have a caching plugin enabled? please try to flush out the cache.
If not, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
