    Hey guys,

it seems that the sidebar get’s a height via javascript or something else – pls see attached link.

How can I prevent this behavior? I’m using a fixed widget and have the problem, that every time I scroll down, the widget disappeared (it’s currently the facebook like box.) Strange is, that I only have this problem in chrome and safari – in firefox everything works well.

    Hey ppc1337!

It appears to be working fine on my end. The facebook widget follows me while I scroll down. I’m on Windows, are you on a mac? Go ahead and take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Looks like it is coming from an infinite scroll plugin. Please deactivate the plugin.

    Cheers!

    Ismael,

that can’t be the solution. I have another website with the plugin and all works great. Also with a deactivated plugin the inner_sidebar got a height-number. I deactivate the plugin – pls have a look by yourself, the bug alrady exists.

    Hey!

I’m on mac as well (OSX 10.9.5) and the issue doesn’t occur on Chrome for me:

Please deactivate all plugins to see if anyone is causing the issue.
Which Enfold version are you using? please update to the newest one.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hey Andy,

I deactivated all the plugins, but the bug still appears. I also thought, that it is a problem with my browser but I also see the bug in safari happening. It’s very strange.

    Edit: I’m using Enfold 3.0.4

    Hey!

I checked the website again and I can see that the facebook and other sidebar widgets are now showing up properly. It is definitely a plugin conflict, unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins. Please contact the plugin author.

    Regards,
    Ismael
