    Hi,
    I’m a new with wordpress & enfold.
    And I made a Menu of portfolio item categories that used to sidebar , but the parent categories need different with other ones, of course I have already made the setting of menu for parent categories ,but it not worked. Help me work it out pls. Below picture for your reference.

    Hi Shawnmanor,

    The images look the same and they do not tell me anything about the issue that you’re having. Can you explain a bit more, please? And give us the link to your website?

    Hi,

    That option is created for the main menu in the header. It’s not going to work in the sidebar. How would you like the sidebar menu item to look?

    Hi,

    Please provide a link to the actual page with the sidebar menu so that we can inspect it. Is “Artificial Christmas Tree” menu item a parent page?

    The page not uploaded , still on local service. And yes the ” Artificial Christmas Tree ” is the Parent one . Pls help me ,get me a idea how suppose I do , thx.

    I have 3 questions as below ,pls tell me how to make it work:

    1. I like add a category menu to show where the visitor is
    ( when you click the the sidebar menu(portfolio category) from single product page ,There is no any menu )

    2. After I changed the permalinks of “Portfolio categories Base “ , the sidebar menu of single product page not work anymore, how Should I do?

    3. I want add a Linkedin icon to the 3rd footer ,of course within the link address.

    Hi,

    1.) Enable the sidebar for archive pages in the Enfold > Sidebar Settings panel.

    2.) Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check the settings.

    3.) You can add it manually in a text widget.

    Hi,

    The permalink works fine. You have to set the “Common Settings” to “Post name”.

    Thx , the permalink works .

    But , When the page turn to portfolio page from sider bar menu , (for example , click the “Christmas ball” from the sidebar (http://christmasitem.com/products/kcb201720007/) to http://christmasitem.com/Christmasitems/christmas-ball/ ) , there is no any menu
    I want to show the portfolio category and the place that where is the visitor ,same as the page (http://christmasitem.com/products/) .

    Yes I enable the archive pages sidebar(http://christmasitem.com/Christmasitems/christmas-ball/) , but it’s different with my customize sidebar(http://christmasitem.com/products/2017-new-0004/) , how Should I do?

    Also I need let the visitors know where they are (maybe hight light the menu or something ), like the page
    (http://christmasitem.com/products/) do , pls look it carefully , I really need finished it asap, pls help me ,really appreciate .

    Hi,

    We added the same product category navigation menu inside the Appearance > Widget > Displayed Everywhere widget area. You can add more widgets in the same widget area as needed.
