Set one section to no padding, and the other to default padding…

I have a fullscreen section on my page, and I want to put an iPhone mockup touching the botton of the section (The iPhone will be partially cut off), but I need the text (To the left) to be centered in the section. How can I achieve this? I need to set the section padding to none for the phone, but I need to make sure the paragraph is vertically centered.
