Hello,
I’d like to ask you if it is feasible to create a service markeplace with features like thumbtack or oneflare, based on wordpress and enfold theme.
Issues may include like user registration, business registration, credit payment system, email notifications etc..
Any suggestions, thoughts or custom development companies may be involved are more than welcome.

Yes, definitely would be. The advanced layout builder would be largely ignored for the majority of the site since it loses effectiveness unless you are writing your own shortcode/elements to tie into outside plugins (like what is done for WooCommerce).
