    How long is the typical wait time for Support to respond to a question?
    I have been waiting 20 hours for a response. Every time I say something it takes more than a day before I get a reply. Seems like this is a very inefficient way to solve a problem.

    Hey Jon-Paul,

    We try to reply to all support questions within 24 hours, but it can sometimes takes longer than that if we have a lot of requests, like now. Opening threads like these increases the waiting time, of course.
