    Try to clear the browser cache and wordpress cache (W3TC or supercache) if necessary.

    Hi!

    Have you tried downloading the child theme that is located here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ ?

    What is the folder name of your child theme in your themes folder? I checked for enfold-child there isn’t an available style.css to access in that folder.

    Hi,
    I followed the direction to install the child theme but it doesn’t show up
    on the server, the folder name is enfold-child, I have three files in it, the style.css, functions.php and screenshot.png.

    What is the folder name of the parent theme? Make sure that it is “enfold”.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the details.

    There is a theme named “SmallBiz Dynamic Lite” on Appearance > Themes. Where is this coming from? I checked the themes folder, there’s only enfold, enfold-child and the default wordpress themes but I don’t see this smallbiz theme. Are you sure that this is the correct server?

    Hey!

    I would first try talking with your hosting provider and walk them through the issue. That way they can hopefully get the server/correct server issue ironed out for you in a quick single step.
