GuestWhere can I find the PHP version needed to run on a Bluehost server?
September 18, 2019 at 10:06 pm #1139717Hi,
Bluehost will be able to direct you to that IF they offer it.
Best regards,

GuestBluehost instructed me to contact the vendor for that information.
September 19, 2019 at 2:13 am #1139765Hi,
The link above says we recommend PHP version 7.0 or greater.
Please see the link above for the other PHP settings recommended. One setting that I don’t see listed that you will need to ensure is turned on is the PHP ZipArchive Extension, most hosts have this enabled automatically, but it is a good idea to check.Best regards,

GuestThanks Mike. The settings were updated with my server but I’m still having issues with the functionality of the Avia Editor. The drag and drop feature isn’t working and I’m unable to make edits to text blocks already on the page. Can you provide guidance?
September 27, 2019 at 5:52 am #1142571Hi,
We would be happy to help, but we will need you to login to your support account and open a support thread and include an admin login and FTP access in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.
Right now you are using our contact form and I can not find your email address in our support users list, if you have not registered your account yet please follow these steps:For technical support please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .
Then go to: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold
and scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.Best regards,

GuestI don’t know if my earlier message didn’t go through or was missed…
I don’t have access to a purchase code or license key as the plugin was provided by my web developer when the site was built and I’ve been unable to get in contact with them. Is there another way I can access support?
October 4, 2019 at 10:10 pm #1145142Hi Austin,
In this case, you’ll need to purchase the license again and then you’ll be able to register, get support and have full control over your ThemeForest account.
Best regards,
