Hello
I got a server CPU Utilization spike alert every time when updating particular blog post. Also I always got the 504 error when updating the navigation bar.
Is it possible to help me check if there are any coding issue?Following is the blog post that will result in CPU Utilization spike when doing update

Now I have disabled some plugins and seems no CPU Utilization spike right now. But for the issue that the color of font still remain unchanged I mentioned before, could you help me to solve the issue?

Did you try to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance?

I saw the message saying that deleting old CSS and JS files is only recommended if I’m not using a caching plugin . However I have WPFastest Cache plugin. Are there any risk to delete those CSS and JS files? Do I need to do some backup of those files? if so, how to backup those files?

There shouldn’t be any risks doing that, but you should keep backups of the site anyway of course.
