Serve scaled images

Hello there, I think i understand how to serve scaled images.

1st. I installed simple image sizes plugin and force regenerate pictures plugin.

My problem was serving scaled images of 450×450 to 196×196 using gtmetrix.

2nd. I went to simple image sizes plugin and added image size of 196×196 to the theme.
3rd. I regenerated the images and it regenerated all my images to 196×196.

Ran the test on gtmetrix and its still saying to serve scaled images from 450×450 to 196×196 on my catalog page. Any help would be greatly appreciated for I believe this should work! Thanks
