    Hi

    I have a website with a contact page with a form to be filled and send it to a mail account. The same form code is used in the sidebar to include the same form.

    This used to work perfectly until I upgraded wp, theme and plugins, since this upgrade the contact page form is working fine, but the same from sidebar seems to work fine but the mail is not sent. Could you please help me?
