    yes that is your old instruction that works – and the selfhosted video starts with that fix ( avia_html5_video_embed and avia_slideshow_video_helper class ). But the selfhosted video only runs once. I think the normal behavior would be to loop.
    so that was my topic here – is there a fix for the loop function?

    functions-enfold.php > avia_html5_video_embed function (line 560): https://pastebin.com/xqA1hbpN

    Looks like you have to explicitly define the video element attributes in order for this work properly. This was not the case before.

    and by the way : could you please add the ecver=2 attribut for yourtube videos.
    it is responsible for getting rid of advertising on pause videos.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the info. You can use the “avia_iframe_fix” function from the js > avia.js file to append the attribute manually. I can’t seem to find any reference relating to that particular attribute.

    no it is not officialy mentioned in the api – but on my youtube shortcode i integrated it and it works very well.

    so loop only works if a playlist with the identical youtube id is placed:

    Basilis – follow my link to the test-page it works – after i red about that playlist feature

    so if the playlist got the same ID as the initial video all works fine

    I just made too the last update of Enfold (4.3.1) and I have now a black screen for all color section video background on all the pages of our website : http://tech-my.biz
    For example, we use a local .mp4 video on our homepage http://tech-my.biz.

    I just tried to understant how to fix our problem thanks to your post (from Isael, May 7, 2018 at 11:37 am) but I don’t know how to change our Php files and modify exactly the good lines of code :

    That’s why we posted here because we tried to fix our problem thanks to post above (from Ismael, May 7, 2018 at 11:37 am) but without success.

    Can you please help us to have our “selfhosted” videos appear again on our website?
