Hi,
Unfortunately I still can’t get the color section video background to appear correctly as it used to in Enfold (it used to show up fine, in full width and in all browsers).
I updated the theme each time a new version has been released and thought 4.2.3 fixed this problem. But unfortunately, the background video appears really small in Chrome, although it’s fine in Safari now.
See screenshot I have linked to in the private content section.
I have had to remove the background video from that webpage and instead have an image for now until this issue can be fixed.
I have also now created a copy of this page that it happens on so you can see it for yourself (view it in Chrome).

February 21, 2018 at 11:47 am #915363Hi Guenni007,
It’s a H264 mp4 movie that is 2084x1080px. I’m not sure if it’s version 3.1
February 21, 2018 at 12:20 pm #915380Hi,
Thanks for the login details, though something must have changed since I don’t see the problem anymore on my end. Maybe it was being cached and it expired? Please see private.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 21, 2018 at 12:29 pm #915386I think you are looking at the wrong page that just has a background image, not a video (I can’t have the live homepage with a faulty background video so have just set that to have a background image for now).
Can you look at the page I have linked to in the Private Content section? Ending in /home-2
February 21, 2018 at 8:33 pm #915669Hi,
The issue is been caused because of your configuration of WPCache.
IF you configure it right ( or even disable it ) it will fix all the issues.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 22, 2018 at 1:06 pm #916015Hi Basilis,
Thanks – I have now sorted the issue – I unticked all the settings and then ticked each one (one at a time while reloading the webpage) to see which one(s) were causing the issue. In case anyone else has this problem then the two boxes in WP Fastest Cache that I unticked to solve it were: ‘Minify CSS’ and ‘Reduce HTTP requests through combined css files’.
Thanks again for your help.
