Selecting multiple categories with "AND" instead of "OR" option

Hi,

I would like to select entries that belong to multiple categories with an “AND” option instead of the current “OR’.

For example, in the Masonry Grid, I would like to select entries that belong to both my “Featured” and “City” categories. As it is right now, that selects all entries belonging to either category, whereas I only want entries belonging to both categories.

Ideally, this would be accomplished with two radio buttons under the category selection box, labelled “AND” and “OR”.

Lacking that feature, what is the best way to accomplish the “AND” selection?
