In the Enfold “Contact Form” element, there is a Select Element option that optionally allows you to enable multiple answers.
I enabled that but upon testing, the user cant just click on the options to select them/deselect them.
On a Mac the user has to press COMMAND and on a PC they have to press CONTROL to be able to select multiple items.
Most users I believe would not know this.
Surely this is not the way it should work. The user should be able to simply click an option to select it

Yes, you know that and I know that – but it is not very intuitive and many users, particularly older people who are my biggest customers, would not know to do that.
I have seen other methods of selecting multiple options whereby a simple click selects and deselects
Surely you can do that!?
Even a checkbox option (like it’s done on a mobile device) is better
Your Theme is generally so good but this is very old school
