    HI Support,

    This seems like a very simple problem, but for what ever reason I cannot fix it.

    I have played around with the enfold colour schemes looking for one that works for me, but when I select one and I save it and go to the site and refresh the changes are not reflected?

    I thought it may because of the sites cache, so I downloaded and installed WP Super Cache, but that did not work.

    Please help.

    Hey Etienne,

    Are you running any custom css? If so comment it out and see if your styles work then.

    No custom css, at all its a fresh site, just created it and still at the stage where I am looking at what styles work for me.

    Hi Etienne,

    Do you have file compression active under Enfold->Performance? If so then please turn it off and select to delete the old CSS and JS files at the bottom of the same page. If that doesn’t help then please include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    I don’t know if this is related to the above, but gut says it is as it happened just after I made the changes suggested. But none of my images are showing on the site?

    Hi Jordan,

    And I have refreshed, cleared cache .. had a coffee came back and still not seeing that image. ON the page I am using a full-screen slider to show that big image ….

    I have shared a dropbox link to a screengrab of what I am seeing?

    All that I’m seeing on your site is a full screen image slider, nothing else and nothing like what’s in your screenshot. Do we need to be logged in to be able to view the site? If so then please post admin login details in private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though I’m still seeing the same thing as yesterday. Could you link directly to the page where the screenshot is from please? Also please upgrade the account to have admin rights, otherwise we can’t see the theme options.

    Well the problem is really on all pages that have full-screen sliders, and the user login is now Admin

    Hi Rikard,

    My normal browser if Safari, I have chrome as well which I use for work (just becuase) … after you said that you see the images and I dont, thought i would test to see if I get anything different on the chrome browser and I did. So why is Safari not showing the images?

    Did you try clearing the browser cache and restating Safari? Please see private for what I see on my end using Safari.
