Hallo,
bei öffnen meiner Website (egal ob Frontend oder Backend) kommt es sehr häufig dazu, dass sie nicht angezeigt wird und stattdessen von WordPress ein kritischer Fehler angezeigt wird. In der versendeten Mail steht das der Fehler vom Enfold Theme verursacht wird. Es ist eine frische WordPress Installation und sobald ich den Theme installiere kommt es zu dem Problem. Das letzte Update des Themes hat leider auch keine Verbesserung gebracht.
Ich bin nun ratlos, ich habe schon alles mögliche versucht, aber nichts hilft. Hat vielleicht irgendjemand eine Idee?Hey fischbach-evangelisch,
Your site is not working on my end either unfortunately. Could you try to rename the plugin folder via FTP in order to deactivate all plugins, to see if that makes any difference? If not then please rename the enfold folder as well, that should activate one of the default WordPress themes. Also please check the PHP version you are running on the server, it should be 7.2 or higher. If you need help with anything of the above then please include FTP login details in private as well.

if you refresh the site in the browser it gets loaded (sometimes you need to refresh multiple times). When I deactivate the Enfold Theme then everything is fine. But that could not be the solution …
PHP version is 7.4.3.

Thanks for the update. Your site is working fine on my end now, both on the front and backend, and I see that you are running the latest version of the theme as well. Did you manage to get everything working as it should?

I did not change anything beside the content, which is really enoying when the site can not be loaded everytime. The problem is still the same. Sometimes the site gets loaded and sometimes not. Any clue where I can check what causes the problem? It has something to do with the theme (says wordpress).
