Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If not, please post temporary admin login here so we can look into it.
Just so we are clear on the issue, you have not inserted that link and you want it removed, is that correct? Or you added it and would like to customize it into a nice button?Cheers!

Yes, you can simply just check “Set as private reply (Only you and moderators will see the content of this post)” above Submit button

Have you made any changes in Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor?
Top part modified with codes, i removed them and it is not showing up now. If you have added the code i will paste it back inRegards,

Hi!
If your not sure where it came from then I would also consider changing your passwords and contacting your hosting provider to let them know about this to see if they have any suggestions.
