I have this issue on two sites – both on the home page:

In both cases, the second youtube does not load nor play. If I switch the order the second one still does not play.

    Hey Nancy,

Thanks for the login details. I have no problem loading the second and third video (Vimeo) in the Easy Slider on the first site. Did you try loading the site in an incognito or private tab to see if that helps? If you should keep on having problems then please try changing the format of the YouTube links to what you can see in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Dear Rikard,
I fear you mis-read my issue. There is no problem with the vimeo. The problem is with the SECOND youtube in the slider. Doesn’t matter what the youtube video is — if it appears SECOND it will not play. Both those home pages display the error.

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. I see the same problem on my end, and changing the URLs of the Youtube links didn’t work unfortunately. I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well since I can’t spot the problem, please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks – due to the issue one of the sliders has been taken down. However, you can still observe the issue on this page:

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login for your site, to correct this issue I changed the Privacy > Lazy Load videos setting in your easy slider element to “always load videos” and now your second YouTube is playing.
Please clear your browser cache and check.
