    Unfortunately I don´t know another way to draw attention to an unsolved request of me nine days ago.
    After an advise of your team member Victora, I didn´t want to push the other thread again.

    I would appreciate it, if a member of your team could take a look on my problem mentioned in this thread:

    Woocommerce menu/categries disappears in some cases
