searching forums for support questions

Hi – it seems that all the support is through the forums. However, it seems that you do not have an “advanced search” option in your forums – this makes it impossible to find an answer to anything and so I’m worried about not being able to get any support. Can you tell me if you have an advanced search option for the forums or if you plan to add one?

Hey tim nickles,

There is no advanced search option, though you can search an issue based on your theme. However you shouldn’t worry about receiving support as if you have an issue you can simply start a new thread and many of our moderators will be ready to respond as soon as possible.
