Hi there
We have the search icon feature appended in the header.
The issue happens when there are two live “search” features happening on one page.
For example, when trying to search on a 404 page or custom 404 page or anywhere else there is more than one search.
The header is taking priority so it returns an error (nothing happens).
It seems you can only have one “search” where the header hijacks all queries so anywhere else there is a search form it returns an error.
Please advise!

I was thinking maybe having two search fields on the same page you need to configure it differently?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Especially watch out for redirection.Best regards,
