Hello,
I activated the “Append search icon to main menu” option, but the search bar results that pop down when you type in query do not show up correctly. They show up next to one another (and are partly hidden) instead of below one another.
Do you know what can cause this and how to fix it?
Thank you.
Hey darryllevine,
Thanks for the details and sorry for the late reply. I can’t see the problem you are describing on my end using Chrome though, how can we reproduce the results you are getting?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello,
Thanks for your reply. At my end, the problem appears in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I’ve put a link to a screen capture below so that you can see what happens and I search for “park” (or anything else) in the search box next to the menu.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for that, though your site is not loading at all on my end now. I’m not sure what the problem could be though?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello,
It is working at my end. Do you still see the same error? If so, can you provide a screen capture?
Thank you.
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site and see that the ajax search in the header.
It looks like something is overriding the css, have you tried disabling your plugins and clearing your browser cache to find a conflict?
Did you add any css that might be a conflict, if so try removing it and clearing your browser cache.
If this doesn’t help, please include an admin login in the private content area so we can be of more assistance.
and please let us disable your plugins to test.
Best regards,
Mike
Thank you, it was indeed a css style that had been added a while back and that I wasn’t aware of.
Thanks again!
