When viewing our page on the large monitors (27 inch) across and zooming in to 170% the search bar for our wordpress site disappears (we use chrome, but this is true for firefox and it can get triggered on mobile devices as well (coworker’s tablet has same issue)).

More zoomed in and less zoomed in show the search bar just fine, so it really is quite an odd issue.

Any ideas as to the cause?

    Pictures for helping to understand:
    150% zoom
    175% zoom
    200% zoom

    Hey Basilis,

It’s not the zoom I’m so worried about. Some mobile devices seem to have that amount of zoom (or just page size by default) to trigger this issue happening.

It’s not really a big issue. It’s just a weird anomaly. Boss wants me to look into it, even though I’m pretty sure it affects nobody and is pretty difficult to actually even trigger.

    Thanks for your reply,

    Cheers,

    Max

    Hi,

Yea, I do not see a way for us to help on that, it is a little bit strange to go through with it.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
