Scroll to id doesn’t work on mobile

Hey there,
i made a website for my around-the-world trip. You can find it here: https://www.felix-abel.de/ On desktop everything works fine. When I go with my iPhone on the same Page the menu doesn’t works. It always scrolls down to footer and not to the elements tagged with the id. Furthermore it tries always to use the link you clicked first. For example, if you clicked first to “FAQ” and then to “BLOG” ist uses the url for faq, even it is configured right in the menu. In the mobile view simulator on my desktop everything works fine also. Where is the error?
