All of a sudden the animated Scroll Down Arrow in my Color Section is appearing as a box with strange characters inside in Firefox and as a plain box in Chrome. Any suggestions?

I tried the fix by adding the code to the .htaccess file but it hasn’t fixed the issue for me.
