Script doesn't work again :(

But the functionality that worked couple days ago thanks to snippet you proveide doesn’t work again. may be because I updated plugins.
But again, that link goes to the product detail page, but not run pop-up form.

What I’ve done incorectly?
Agains sorry that I duplicate issue you solved, but I don’t understand what hapened.

Upd:// sorry guys – all solved. My fault, pop-up plugin was disabled.
