    Hi there,

    I love the Enfold Theme and have it on 2 of my sites. Site 1 has the “Screen Options” Tab where I can choose what to show and what to disable on certain size screens. We use this for optimizing the site for mobile vs desktop.

    However, Site 2 (with Enfold updated) doesn’t give us the “Screen Options” Tab.

    How can we fix this?

    Hey cpetrie2001,
    It looks like site 2 has some plugins such as Tinymse Advanced, have you tried disabling your plugins?
    This option is available in the updated version of Enfold.

    Hi Mike,

    I deactivated the plugin you mentioned along with other plugins and still unable to get the Display options to appear. Should I try anything else?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for the reply – I actually was able to figure it out and now everything is working. I had changed my themeforest username and although the automatic updates were in place, the updates weren’t actually happening on the site with the wrong username.

    We are good to go now!
