Hello. Please look at the page shown in the private content. I have Screen Options set to Hide of medium sized screens, yet when viewing at 768px, the element will not hide. As soon as I slide Chrome inspect over to 767px, it drops off.
Thanks,

Which is the element in question?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 10, 2017 at 3:14 pm #837006If you look at the page backend, you’ll see I created a Grid Row for desktop views and a Color Section for mobile views. So, if you look at the Grid Row for “Proven Safe and Humane”, I’ve set Hide on medium sized screens (between 768px and…), under Screen Options.
At 768px, “Proven Safe and Humane” should be stacked on top of the image.

VictoriaAugust 12, 2017 at 10:17 pm #838052I looked at the other post, but it’s not related to my issue. Please test the issue I’ve brought to your attention, using all the information I’ve provided.
After almost 72 hours, I’m not too excited about the responses I’ve received.
Thanks.

August 14, 2017 at 4:09 pm #838726I had to change the design to get around this issue. As other posts have suggested, there appears to be an issue with the Sceen Options. I really think there is a bug with this feature.
August 15, 2017 at 2:06 pm #839282Hi accurIT Presence,
I gave you the link to a post, where it says that the screen options are not working properly at this point and there is the css to fix it. When I added the code, I see that the one section hides and the other one shows up.
The solution here, is the one that applies to your issueBest regards,
