We already consulted plugin support, they said the error comes from the theme

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

I understand you, but before we write here, we’ve already contacted them and they said it was necessary to update the theme to the latest version, we tried to update it to 4.5.5. but we have failed, we have seen problems with the update for some months and we ask you to make the update for us. We can exclude any plugins you want to make the update. We have been writing with @mike for a few days and he has made some changes but our home page has changed and the footer too, and our site is visited daily and advertised on the internet, so we had to get back from 20.03. Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
