    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has implemented a way to schedule a change a specific part to a post/page at a set time. I see these plugins:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/revisionary/ (free)
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/tao-schedule-update/ (free)
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/scheduled-content/ (paid)

Anyone else tried something that works with Enfold? Thanks.

    Hi slui!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

We haven’t tried those plugins personally but they should work on the default editor. I have a doubt that it will work on the advance layout builder though.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

I just got a response from an author of a plugin that does scheduled edits within WordPress. Here is what he says:

    Hi,
that depends on the themes and the layout editors you are using.
If the layout uses post meta or taxonomies then it should work without problems. If it does use other means to create the layout, like custom post types or even custom database structure, then it is not going to work.

Do any of these conditions affect Enfold? Thanks.

    Hey!

The theme does use post meta (_aviaLayoutBuilderCleanData) to save the content of the layout builder but the only way to know if it’s going to work is to test it yourself.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
