Hello,

the following error on our website when trying to save theme options:
“Saving didn’t work! Please reload the page and try again.”
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi AnnemarieDoolin,

While waiting for cybercats reply (since this thread was still in 2018), can you create a new thread and give us temporary admin access? and post it in private content, since any information posted in private content is visible to both moderators and thread creator.

Hi Nikko,

Many thanks, however I got tips from the 2 threads below that it was a hosting issue (re MODSecurity which our hosting guys are currently looking into and confirm it is an issue). Just put the links below for anyone having same problem. Thanks again for your time.
