    I have a new installation of Enfold under a new license, and I am unable to save any changes under “Theme Options” but instead get a response “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again”
    I don’t have any plugins loaded as suggested in other posts on this topic.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. Your server is returning a 403 forbidden error when trying to save the theme options. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider for further clarification on why what is.

    This issue was resolved after contacting my hosting provider. Received this response from them:

    “The error was caused due to some mod security rules being triggered. We have tweaked some settings. Kindly have a check from your end and let us know if you need any further assistance.”
