Hello Kriesi team, we also get the message “saving didnt work. We have several websites on the Enfold theme in the same server configuration. There it goes well. Meanwhile, we have increased the memory limit to 256 within this WP installation. Unfortunately, without success. Can you help us with this? Thanks, Erik

    Hey Erik,

Thanks for the login details and the information. I’m not sure where you are getting this error though, I tried to edit your front page and that worked fine. Where and when are you getting that error?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

Thanks for your feedback. We get that error when we want to change something in the theme options area (website layout, website styling, fill in our API key etc.). I can e-mail you a screenshot if you want.

We have a deadline to deliver next week, so i’ll be glad you can help us with this issue.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I tried checking your site but it seems that you have removed it since I am just seeing this:

    Index of /

    Apache/2.4.10 (Debian) Server at website.com Port 80

I just change you real site url to website.com.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hello Nikko,

Thanks, that’s right. At this moment we are trying to fix it with a clean install.

    Hello Kriesi team,

After a clean install of WP and the Enfold theme, the theme options still aren’t working… Its still inpossible to ad logo’s, do website styling, enter the API keys etc.

    Hi,

I can see a lot of mixed content errors in the console, this is due to some contents are served in http instead of https. I tried going to Settings > General > check for WordPress Address(URL) and Site Address(URL), you should see it is still http though it should be https, can you change this to https? it’s a greyed out which means you can’t change it in the dashboard.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

Thanks. I can’t change these settings also. Does it help when I give you acces to these files with FTP credentials (see private content)?

    Hi Basilis,

Thanks. In the meanwihle the problem is solved. We discovered a writing problem in the /temp folder from our hosting provider. This seemed to be the reason for this strange issue. Anyway, thanks for supporting us!

    Cheers!
