Hi,
customer has now twice had their homepage default to Default Editor and their saved templates disappear.
They assure me that they are not doing anything wrong.
In both instances, I have changed the page back to Advanced Layout Editor and saved but the templates are no longer present.
WordPress 4.7.5 and Enfold: 4.0.7

June 9, 2017 at 10:10 am #805962Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure how to reproduce the error though, could you create a test page maybe?
Best regards,
RikardJune 9, 2017 at 3:56 pm #806114Hi Rikard,
I will get a test page set up for you soon.
In the meantime, I’ve installed an Activity Log plugin to try and monitor what is being done at the time the issue occurs. But what I’m now concerned about is that the log is full of failed login attempts with the username I provided in this ticket. This is a brand new username and there is no way it should be the subject of an attack so quickly.
Unless 198.204.225.114 is one of your IP’s?
