How would my files become corrupt? I downloaded from Envato, and I have even completely deleted and reinstalled both wordpress and enfold and the demo. I have created a quick php file for you to view that I have already changed the memory limit – please help me – I have paid for this – no one can seem to make it work. I have done everything right, and it may work for thousands of other people, but it is not working for me. I simply want to alter the demo construction content on the page “Home” – I have included a php file to view php info in the private.

    I am seeing this in the error log – – – –

Undefined index: index in /home/embirkco/public_html/solutions/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 358

    Hey!

We created a test page and managed to update it but it automatically switched to the default editor. This is the first time that we encountered the issue. I checked the php info and the include_path directive looks incorrect.

    include_path	.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php	.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php

I’m not really sure if it is supposed to be like that but the value looks duplicated. Please ask your hosting provider to check the php.ini settings. Where did you host the site?

    Cheers!

    Hello, guys,

I apologize for posting on the envato site. I currently had a VPS that I think is maybe configured incorrectly. After fighting with them for several hours last night, I decided to get another account through another provider. I realized that this issue could go on and on with no success, and no one seemed to know exactly what was causing the issues.

So, I installed wordpress, and uploaded the theme to the host/site listed in private, and voila! It works as it should. I really do not understand what went wrong, and honestly, I do not have time to research it further…maybe it was due to it being in a sub-directory? I am not sure…everything in PHP looked good, and I ran some scripts in root on the server with zero errors. I now think that particular server is possessed. Maybe a ghost? Maybe a Demon? Maybe Mickey Mouse? I don’t know…anyway, thank you for all of your help – i’ll take it from here. I knew there was an issue though…a very strange one – I had done everything right…

have a great day, friends – I’ll rate it high, and make a contribution comment in favor of you on the envato forum.

    Cheers!! Have a great day!!!

    Hi!

We are very glad that issue has resolved now! Very nice to see “This is a test change for this content block before I go to sleep!
    ” ;D
Even though issue is not related to theme, you mentioned you are leaving behind deadline. If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to start a new thread so we can help you get back on track :)

    Thank you for your kindness!

    Best regards,
