Save page as html – issue with icons

I’m working with Salesforce on creating a form. They need an html version of one of the pages so that they could grab it and place their form within it on their servers. I created https://greenpathfunding.com/salesforce/ and had hoped that they could just use the inspect element tool and grab the html from there. However, when you save it as anything else the icons show up as data-av_icon=”” and the little square box is unrecognizable. Is there something I can replace that?
