Is this possible? Right now, you can save a Template page and then load it on a different page with the same site. Can you save template and use it on another enfold themed site??

That option does not exist.
What you could do is to copy the shortcodes as ” text ” and create a new template at the new site.Let us know if that would help

Please enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can copy/paste your shortcode after that.
