    Last week I began building a website. The first problem I had with the theme was none of the customizations for my header font colors were working. The font color stayed gray no matter what color I chose. Throughout the week, things got progressively worse. Today, I started over with a new domain, new install of the theme, new install of child theme and began building the site again. I’m having the same problem with the header. No matter what color I choose for the font, the font stays gray. Can you please help. I can’t afford to start over again and have the same problems I have had all week. I have never had any issues with this theme before but this week has been tough.

    Can you add a screenshot of the header in question, I don’t see the gray.

    Hi Mike,

    No coloring works on the header. At first it was gray and now the only thing that shows up is white, regardless of what I choose. The highlight color doesn’t work, which I have currently set to green.

    I tried adding the small bar above the header for the phone number and it is showing up gray with white numbers. On the advanced styling element I have it set with a darker gray with blue numbers. My selections are not showing up.

    I tried adding the small bar above the header for the phone number and it is showing up gray with white numbers. I cleared the cache and my selections showed up but the main header letters stay at white and do not show any hover color selections.

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Also try to browse to your wordpress wp-content>uploads>dynamic_avia folder either with FTP or your servers file browser and change the chmod permissions on it to 755 for the folder and its contents. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
