    I have been having problem with randomly mismatched product photos and descriptions when viewing my website through the latest Safari browser on iPhone 6+/iPad Mini.

    The mismatch problem does not occur with Chrome and Opera mini browsers on iPhone 6+/iPad Mini. It also does not occur with Safari on the Macbook Pro.

    Appreciate some advice on how to fix this problem. I am running the latest version of Enfold, Word Press and Safari. Thanks

    That is a strange issue. Which specific products are mismatched? Please provide a screenshot. The website looks the same on Chrome and Safari, Windows 7.

    No caching.
    Separately, I edited the welcome and shopping pages to display 20 products per page instead of 100 products per page and the mismatch problem persisted, not on page 2 but later on page 6 if I recall correctly.

    Hey!

    The “2014 JobsCentral” displayed the correct product thumbnail when I checked it on my iPod, safari browser. Is this the only product getting mismatched product image?

    There’s nothing wrong with the products when I checked it on iPod, safari. I will ask the rest of the support team to check it on their mobile phones, please wait for their response.
