    I am highly interested to buy this theme but I want to confirm some things before purchasing.
    If I want to create an Arabic site on “www.domain.com/ar” where “ar” is directory its not a translation prefix.
    When i will create ar directory i can easily install enfold into rtl and where i will be able to put arabic material as i will be able to upload in english version

    Yes, that is true. You can simply switch language of your WordPress installation to Arabic and RTL stylesheets will be loaded :)
