    Is it possible to add a series of rollovers to the gallery widget images on a portolfio page? My client is selling homes and i wanted to load a picture of a second level floorplan with the ability to roll over certain units and then click to open a PDF. Is there anyway to get that kind of functionality on gallery images?

    I spoke with a web developer that could just recreate this for me by modifying the themes code, but i am concerned that will be overidden when i update the theme in the future. If this is the only way, what is the best method for making these changes so as to still allow theme updates?

    You can use a child theme if you would like to make changes on theme files. Please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
