    Hi
    I’m panicking. I have just tried to update to the latest version of Enfold and the site is down (white screen). My backup has not worked, so I would like to roll back to a previous version of Enfold. I have two questions:
    1. How do I get hold of a previous version?
    2. Is it possible to roll Enfold back through the control panel (possibly by replacing files using File Manager)?
    (Note. plugins have been disabled through File Manager by adding the suffix _disabled)

    Hey healingnutrition,

    Please check the server log for error. Which version of php are you running? Is there a hyphen in the link?

    Hi Victoria

    I have changed PHP from 5.4 to 7.1 and given it a day to see if there is any change, but the site is still down. Do you think I will be able to Roll Enfold back through the Control Panel? If so, where can I get an older version of the theme?

    you can login to your admin area? Thats what you mean if you say : control panel?
    Are you working with a child-theme?
    Have you installed caching tools? – Did you cleared your Cache of the browser?

    I can only log into the cPanel. I cannot log into WordPress at all.
    There are no Caching tools installed. Yes I have cleared the Browser Cache and tried accessing it on another computer too.

    did you try to upload via ftp a whole enfold folder ( newest – or an older backuped version) ?

    No, because I do not know where to get an older version from. Can you tell me how to download an older version please?

    Hey!

    I attached Enfold v4.0.7 in private content field.

    However, before downgrading, could we login to your cPanel and see what is wrong? We might be able to fix the issue for you so you would not need to downgrade version.
