Rich text editor options suddenly gone

Hey there,

Without adding additional plugins or changing core code, the second row of options that is usually in the rich text editor section of the Add Post/Page pages is suddenly gone (which includes changing the paragraph styles and text color, among other things). Any idea on how to get them to come back? This happened before WordPress’ 4.1 update, and I have not updated to that yet. I’ll leave login credentials in the Private Content section for you to take a look. Thanks
