Hi Support,
we have a strange problem on one side. The same background color is displayed differently on two pages. We have saved the element as a template and pasted it. We have also deleted the CSS code for testing. We do not find a solution. Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this?

Thanks for your help!

Hey Tobias,
Thanks for the screenshots. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem as well please?
Best regards,
Rikard
It is difficult to give advice only from screenshots. As a semi-transparent color definition, there may be several reasons for the differences.
Hi,
Thanks for that. The second link results in a 404 error. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Hi,
Thanks for that. I tried the rgba on a test installation, and it’s working as it should there. I’m not sure why it’s not working on your site unfortunately. I tried setting a hex colour instead, and that seems to be working as it should though. Please review your site.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
did you also insert the template “pay,…”? the same content as on the second page, but a different color. I can not explain this.
Best regards!
Tobias
Hi,
I’m not sure I follow your last reply, all I did was to change the background colour in the Color Section which had the wrong background colour.

Rikard
Thanks Rikard,
it works – please close this threat.
Best regards!
Tobias
