Hi there, I’ve been working on this site for about a month and suddenly today, the site reverted back to the original template. It is still showing the new layerslider I was working on but everything else has been restored back to normal. I searched the revisions but it seems like all the versions I modified do not exist and says the last update was 2 months ago?

Can someone take a look and see if I moved it somewhere? I was working on the front page, “welcome” specifically.

Thanks a million and sorry for the silly question.

    Hey a00109943,

Revision only works on posts, pages or custom post types but not on layerslider.
There are 2 sliders I’ve seen on your layersliderWP section in the backend.
I think you’ll need to create it again, if you have a backup of your site from before you may find your old layerslider there and just export it and import to your site.

    Best regards,

Hi Nikko, thanks for the feedback but my issue is with a Page, not a layerslider. I only mentioned layerslider in my previous post because that seems to be the only thing displaying correctly on the new front page.

The problem is with the current front page, the one I was working on is nearly complete and the one that is currently showing appears to be the original template.

Just to be clear, the current front page is the problem, I’m wondering where my page went, the one I was working on which is also called “welcome”.

    Thanks again for your help!

    Ben

    Hi all,
I took the day to redo everything since it was fresh in my brain. No need to fiddle around with this one but thanks for the help anyway. Cheers!
