    Hi all.
    Firstly, thanks for providing such a superb theme and support network.

    My website, http://www.carismaautodesign.com uses the “Post Types Order” plugin by http://www.nsp-code.com.
    This enabled me to order the portfolio entries in a specific order, different to the order I uploaded them.

    I upload new portfolio entries weekly and would like these to display the latest entries at the top of the “Latest Portfolio” widget, as seen in slot 2 of my footer. However, this widget displays entries by the order set in “Post Types Order” plugin page. Is there a way to overwrite this widget to display the latest portfolio, by date created?

    Hi!

    If i understood correctly you want that footer widget to be exempt from the Post Types Order effect?

    That mod should be done in the plugin, i’m not that familiar with it to be honest. Try contacting the plugin author for some insight: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/post-types-order
